30-Day Returns
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with tags and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at warcos222w7@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 24 hours with instructions.
Do not ship anything back before contacting us. Packages sent without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us at warcos222w7@gmail.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery.
In these cases we'll send you a free replacement or a full refund — your choice — and you won't need to ship anything back.
Return Shipping
Our returns are processed internationally. For returns that are not due to a fault on our side, the customer covers return shipping.
If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we cover everything.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed or altered
- Items returned without their original packaging
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return on the one you have and place a new order separately. This gets your replacement moving right away instead of waiting for the return to clear.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund was approved.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method in USD within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post it to your account.

Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before it ships. Email us as soon as possible — most orders leave our facility within 1–2 business days.
European Union Customers — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. This right applies in addition to the policy above.
Email us at warcos222w7@gmail.com before the 14-day period ends. The item must be returned unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Return shipping for withdrawal is borne by the customer. We will refund the full purchase price, including standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of being notified.
